Our Approach

We discuss the requirements with you. If Engineering changes are a part of the project we will write a brief project outline for your approval and/or do a Value Engineering products as described in “Our Services”

We will then start to identify suitable supplier base in Asia and discuss the requirements in the detail

A final quote is then prepared and submitted to you for approval. This may include freight, import duty and other costs likely to be incurred, depend on the customer requirements

If practicable a sample is produced. If samples cannot be made, we commonly ask for samples of similar products as a quality check

Once you are satisfied with the quote and sample, a Purchase Order is signed. A down payment of the quoted production cost is requested
